Delaware Tea Party senate candidate Christine O’Donnell is in major hot water after Bill Maher showed video from an old Politically Incorrect from 1999 when O’Donnell said that when she was younger she dabbled in witchcraft, one of her first dates took place on a Satanic altar with blood on it and more. The blowback caused the surprise winner of the Delaware primary race to abruptly cancel several national media appearances; Maher has threatened to show even more damaging video of O’Donnell if she doesn’t appear on his current program.
Is this much ado about nothing, or a real reason for concern for someone one election away from the U.S. Senate? And, could this be the end of O’Donnell’s run for office? Author T.L. Hines spent hundreds of hours researching the world of cults, demonic possession, bizarre teen girl rituals like cutting and embedding and the occult for his new book THE FALLING AWAY, released September 14th.
Ask T.L. Hines:
-What McConnell’s comments mean, and whether it’s all as crazy as it sounds?
-Does Hines believe that this will put an end to O’Donnell’s chances to capture the Senate seat in the general election?
-In Hines research, do individuals who have dabbled in the occult ever make a complete 180 turn, as O’Donnell seems to have today?
-What’s the real danger of someone with this occult background being in a position of power like the Senate?
-What is the difference between the occult we see in movies and TV, and real practicing witches and witchcraft?
-What is a witch, and how does someone actually become one? And, do you ever really STOP being one?
-Are O’Donnell’s comments why some Republicans like Karl Rove were distancing themselves from her, even before their release?
